भरद्वाजो5पि भगवानारुरोह दिवं तदा । तत्रैव च वसन्‌ द्रोणस्तपस्तेपे महातपा:,कुछ दिनों बाद भगवान्‌ भरद्वाज भी स्वर्गवासी हो गये और महातपस्वी द्रोण उसी आश्रममें रहकर तपस्या करने लगे

bharadvājo ’pi bhagavān āruroha divaṃ tadā | tatraiva ca vasan droṇas tapas tepe mahātapāḥ ||

قال فايشَمبايانا: ثم إنَّ الحكيمَ الجليلَ بهارَدْفاجا صعد هو أيضًا إلى السماء. وأقام دْرُونا في الموضع نفسه، في ذلك الأشرم بعينه، وهو ناسكٌ عظيم، فواصل رياضاتِه وتقشّفَه (tapas). ويؤكّد هذا المقطعُ دوامَ الانضباطِ الروحي عبر الأجيال: يمضي المعلّم، غير أنّ التلميذ يُبقي حياةَ التَّپَس وضبطَ النفس في المقام المقدّس ذاته.
