ततो5भिवाद्य जननी ज्येष्ठं भ्रातरमेव च । कनीयस: समाप्राय शिर:स्वरिविमर्दन:,तदनन्तर शत्रुमर्दन भीमने माता और बड़े भाईको प्रणाम करके स्नेहपूर्वक छोटे भाइयोंका सिर सूँघा
tato ’bhivādya jananīṁ jyeṣṭhaṁ bhrātaram eva ca | kanīyasaḥ samāprāya śiraḥsvar ivimardanaḥ ||
ثم حيّا أمه باحترام، وحيّا كذلك أخاه الأكبر. وبعد ذلك تقدّم البطلُ قاهرُ الأعداء إلى إخوته الأصغر بمحبة، فشمَّ رؤوسهم؛ وهي لفتةُ بركةٍ وألفةٍ وحمايةٍ تليق بالأخ الأكبر.
