प्रहृष्मनसं तत्र विचरन्तं यथामरम् । त॑ माद्रयनुजगामैका वसनं बिभ्रती शुभम्,वे मनमें हर्षोल्लास भरकर देवताकी भाँति वहाँ विचर रहे थे। उस समय माद्री सुन्दर वस्त्र पहने अकेली उनके पीछे-पीछे जा रही थी
prahṛṣṭamanasaṃ tatra vicarantaṃ yathāmaram | taṃ mādrī anujagāmaikā vasanaṃ bibhratī śubham ||
قال فَيْشَمْبَايَنَة: هناك كان يطوف وقلبه مفعم بالسرور، كأنه إلهٌ بين الخالدين. وفي ذلك الحين كانت مَادْرِي، مرتديةً ثيابًا حسنةً مباركة، تتبعه وحدها—خطوةً إثر خطوة—تقوم على خدمته بتفانٍ صامت.
