It teaches that even simple linga-darśana of Deveśa (Śiva as Pati) is spiritually efficacious, granting iṣṭa-phala; it also links linga-sthāpana to graha-devatās, implying remedial and harmonizing power over planetary influences.
Śiva is presented as Deveśa—the sovereign Pati—whose grace is accessible even through mere beholding; the grahas function as subordinate powers, while Śiva remains the transcendent source who can loosen pāśa and fulfill dharmic kāmas.
Linga-darśana and graha-associated linga-sthāpana are highlighted as devotional remedies; as a Shaiva Siddhanta takeaway, such worship supports purification of the paśu and mitigation of karmic constraints often experienced as graha-doṣa.
