यतिप्रायश्चित्तविधानम्

Ascetic Atonements and Discipline

एकैकातिक्रमे तेषां प्रायश्चित्तं विधीयते उपेत्य तु स्त्रियं कामात् प्रायश्चित्तं विनिर्दिशेत्

ekaikātikrame teṣāṃ prāyaścittaṃ vidhīyate upetya tu striyaṃ kāmāt prāyaścittaṃ vinirdiśet

لكلّ مخالفة من تلك القواعد تُشرَع كفّارةٌ تطهيرية (prāyaścitta). وإن اقترب المرء من امرأة بدافع الشهوة، وجب كذلك أن تُعيَّن له كفّارةٌ مناسبة على وجه التحديد.
