जम्बूद्वीपस्य नववर्षविभागः रुद्रस्य अष्टक्षेत्रसन्निधिः नाभि-ऋषभ-भरतकथा
इत्येतानि महान्तीह नव वर्षाणि भागशः आग्नीध्रस्तेषु वर्षेषु पुत्रांस्तानभिषिच्य वै

وهكذا، في هذا العالم تسعُ أقاليم عظيمة (varṣa) مقسّمةٌ بحسب أنصبتها. وإنّ أَغنِيدْهْرَ قد أقام لأبنائه طقسَ التتويج (الأبهيشيكا) في تلك الأقاليم، مُثبّتاً كلَّ واحدٍ منهم في سلطانٍ مستحقّ.
