उपमन्युना कृष्णाय पाशुपतज्ञान-प्रदानम् तथा दानविधि-फलश्रुतिः
क्षुराः कर्तरिका चापि अथ पात्रमथापि वा पाशुपताय दातव्यं भस्मोद्धूलितविग्रहैः
kṣurāḥ kartarikā cāpi atha pātramathāpi vā pāśupatāya dātavyaṃ bhasmoddhūlitavigrahaiḥ
يُعطى الشَّفْرَات (أمواس الحلاقة) والمقاصّ الصغيرة، وكذلك وعاءُ التسوّل أو أيُّ إناءٍ آخر، صدقةً لمتعبّدٍ باشوباتيٍّ قد لُطِّخ جسده بالبَسْمَة (الرماد المقدّس)، لكي يرخِي الپاشو (النفس المقيّدة) قيودَ پاشا بخدمةِ البَتي عبر الانضباط الشَّيڤي.
