आसन्नमरणो मत्यश्चेत्तीर्थं प्रतिनयिते / तीर्थप्राप्तौ भवेन्मुक्तिर्म्रियते यदि मार्गगः / पदेपदे क्रतुसमं भवेत्तस्य न संशयः
āsannamaraṇo matyaścettīrthaṃ pratinayite / tīrthaprāptau bhavenmuktirmriyate yadi mārgagaḥ / padepade kratusamaṃ bhavettasya na saṃśayaḥ
إن كان إنسانٌ دنا أجله يُساق إلى تيرثا (tīrtha)؛ موضع الحج المقدّس، فإذا بلغ ذلك التيرثا نال التحرر. وإن مات وهو في الطريق، فلكل خطوة من رحلته ثوابٌ كقربانٍ ويديّ؛ ولا شك في ذلك.
