This verse preserves a traditional Vedic-style classification of divine groups, used to frame cosmology and the hierarchy of beings referenced throughout Purāṇic teachings.
While not a ritual instruction itself, such enumerations establish the cosmological order and divine authorities often invoked in rites, prayers, and doctrinal explanations elsewhere in the Garuda Purana.
Use it as a reference for correct traditional counts and names when studying Purāṇas, reciting stotras, or learning the broader Vedic cosmological framework.
