Purusha-Strī-Lakṣaṇa (Samudrika-śāstra): Marks of Kingship, Wealth, Longevity, and Conduct

उद्वृं (द्ध) ताभ्यां च बह्वायू रूक्षैर्मणिभिरीश्वरः / पाण्डरैर्मणिभिर्निः स्वा मलिनैः सुखभागिनः

udvṛṃ (ddha) tābhyāṃ ca bahvāyū rūkṣairmaṇibhirīśvaraḥ / pāṇḍarairmaṇibhirniḥ svā malinaiḥ sukhabhāginaḥ

وبحسب تلك الأنواع من الجواهر، يمنح الربّ طولَ العمر بواسطة الجواهر الصلبة الخشنة؛ وبالجواهر الشاحبة المائلة إلى البياض يصير المرء فقيرًا؛ وبالجواهر الكدِرة غير الطاهرة لا ينال إلا لذّاتٍ ملوّثة ووضيعة.
