Lord Vishnu (teaching Garuda/Vinata-putra in the Garuda Purana dialogue frame)

Secondary Rasa: shanta

Type: mantra-stuti space

FAQs

This verse presents an ordered salutation to specific Devī-forms, emphasizing Śakti as the power that grants protection and the fulfillment of aims (sarvārtha-sādhana) across the worlds.

Indirectly, it supports the broader Garuda Purana theme that spiritual safety and right conduct are strengthened through mantra and devotional remembrance—here, by invoking protective divine powers over the realms (Bhūr and Bhuvaḥ) where embodied life and subtle transitions occur.

Use the verse as a short daily invocation (with clarity of intention and ethical living) to cultivate steadiness, protection, and success in righteous goals—especially before rituals, study, or important undertakings.
