समस्तपरिवाराय अच्युताय नम इति / अस्य मध्येर्ऽचनं कार्यं द्वारे गङ्गाञ्च पूजयेत्

samastaparivārāya acyutāya nama iti / asya madhyer'canaṃ kāryaṃ dvāre gaṅgāñca pūjayet
