किञ्चित्तस्मात्परस्मिंश्च धारणा दशधा स्मृता / दशैता धारणाः प्राप्य प्राप्नोत्यक्षररूपताम्

لذلك تُذكَر ممارسة الدهارَنا (dhāraṇā) على أنها عشرة أوجه: بعضُها متعلقٌ بهذا الذات الباطنة، وبعضُها متعلقٌ بالسامِي الأعلى. فإذا نال المرء هذه الدهارَنات العشر بلغ حالة «أكشارا» غير الفانية.
