جذرُ كاكاجَنْغها (kākajaṅghā) إذا أُخِذَ مع الحليب أزال الهزالَ والجفاف. ومن داوم على تناول أشفاغَنْدها (aśvagandhā) وناغَبَلا (nāgabala) مع الجاغري (jaggery) والماش الأسود (black gram) نال هيئةً وقوةً كهيئة من يسير في شبابٍ متجدّد.
