viḍaṅgabhṛṅgarājādi bhāvitaṃ sarvaroganut / cūrṇaṃ vidāryā madhvājyaṃ līḍhvā daśa striyo vrajet

Vedantic Theme: Deha as sādhana; regulated enjoyment (kāma) under dharma rather than indulgence.
Application: Prepare the specified cūrṇa with vidārī, process with viḍaṅga and bhṛṅgarāja, and take by licking with honey and ghee as a strengthening tonic (with moderation and suitability).
Primary Rasa: shringara
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
Related Themes: Garuda Purana 1.172 (Ayurveda/vr̥ṣya-rasāyana context)
This verse shows that the Garuda Purana also preserves practical Ayurvedic formulations, including vajīkaraṇa recipes aimed at strengthening vitality and reproductive capacity.
It does not discuss afterlife doctrine here; the chapter section is medical and focuses on bodily health and potency rather than the soul’s post-death journey.
Treat it as a historical Ayurvedic reference; consult a qualified Ayurvedic physician before using herbs like viḍaṅga, bhṛṅgarāja, or vidārī in medicinal doses.
