The verse provides a compound, multi-herb decoction strategy combining digestive, astringent, and cooling drugs—aimed specifically at dysentery that co-occurs with fever.
It does not address the soul’s journey; this section is a therapeutic catalogue within Kanda 1, focusing on disease management.
It reflects an approach of using bilva/kutaja-class astringents plus musta/parpaṭaka cooling support; because dysentery can be dangerous, seek medical care and use Ayurvedic formulations only with professional guidance.
