Lord Vishnu (speaking to Garuda)
Dosha: Kapha
Concept: Improper or absent eliminative measures (like vamana) when needed allow undigested food to persist, disturbing Kapha especially at specific times; leads to mixed/complex states.
Vedantic Theme: Right means (upaya) and timely action prevent escalation; negligence (pramada) yields suffering.
Application: Do not suppress or mishandle therapeutic elimination; seek proper medical supervision for emesis/purification when indicated; monitor digestion; be cautious in forenoon and early night when kapha predominates.
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhayanaka

This verse treats ajīrṇa as a root condition that, when not managed with appropriate eliminative measures, produces doṣa disturbance—here, kapha—leading to complicated symptom patterns.
This particular verse is primarily medical/therapeutic rather than afterlife-focused; it emphasizes bodily discipline and correct remedial action as part of dharmic living.
Avoid letting indigestion persist; seek appropriate, safe guidance for digestive correction rather than suppressing symptoms—especially if kapha-type heaviness and mucus-related issues worsen at typical kapha times (forenoon/early night).
