ते शार्ङ्गच्युतबाणौघै: कृत्तबाह्वङ्‍‍घ्रिकन्धरा: । निपेतु: प्रधने केचिदेके सन्त्यज्य दुद्रुवु: ॥ ३५ ॥

Transliteration

te śārṅga-cyuta-bāṇaughaiḥ kṛtta-bāhv-aṅghri-kandharāḥ nipetuḥ pradhane kecid eke santyajya dudruvuḥ

Translation

غمرتهم سيول السهام المنطلقة من قوس الربّ «شارنغا». فسقط بعضهم في ساحة القتال وقد قُطعت أذرعهم وأرجلهم وأعناقهم؛ وأما الباقون فتركوا الحرب وفرّوا.
