The Solar Eclipse at Samanta-pañcaka and the Great Reunion of Yādavas, Pāṇḍavas, and Vraja
śrī-vasudeva uvāca amba māsmān asūyethā daiva-krīḍanakān narān īśasya hi vaśe lokaḥ kurute kāryate ’tha vā
This verse says the world is under the Lord’s control, so people act—or are made to act—according to His will; therefore one should not harbor resentment toward others.
Vasudeva urges his mother not to blame him (or others) for painful events, explaining that conditioned humans are moved by destiny under the Supreme Lord’s governance.
When hurt or disappointed, reduce blame and cultivate forgiveness by remembering that circumstances unfold under divine supervision; focus on right action and devotion rather than resentment.
