Nanda wanted to bring ghee and other milk products as taxes for the King.
This verse shows devotional practicality: the Vrajavāsīs collect milk products and gifts and prepare carts, turning ordinary logistics into service connected to Krishna’s līlā.
Because he was preparing for the journey to Mathurā, arranging provisions and offerings suitable for travel and for presenting to the king.
Plan your duties carefully and offer the results to God—organized preparation, generosity, and service-minded action become bhakti when done in remembrance of Krishna.
