सवृन्दै: कदलीस्तम्भै: पूगपोतै: परिष्कृतम् । तरुपल्लवमालाभि: सर्वत: समलङ्‌कृतम् ॥ ३ ॥

Transliteration

savṛndaiḥ kadalī-stambhaiḥ pūga-potaiḥ pariṣkṛtam taru-pallava-mālābhiḥ sarvataḥ samalaṅkṛtam

Translation

عند المفارق نُصِبت أعمدة من شجر الموز وأغصان الفوفل (البتل)، مع عناقيد من الثمار والزهور. وبأكاليل من براعم الأشجار تزيّنت المدينة من كل جانب فبدت فاتنة المنظر.
