Mantra 48

Sukta 3

ná kilbíṣam átra nā́dhā́ro ásti ná yán mitráiḥ samámāna éti | anū́naṃ pā́traṃ níhitaṃ na etát paktā́raṃ pakváḥ púnar ā́ viśāti ||

Here is no stain of guilt, no footing for reproach; nor doth there come to pass aught, when with his friends he standeth of one mind. This vessel, set for us, is whole and lacking naught: the cooked returns and entereth again the cook.

Devata: Śānti / Anna-Agni complex (peace through food and concord; Agni implicit as paktṛ).

Chandas: Triṣṭubh-like cadence (AV mixed meters in this section; often treated as triṣṭubh/irregular triṣṭubh by editors).
