Let the Treasure-keeper seek after this deposit; but let all others round about be powerless, lacking rule. By us it hath been given, it hath been laid down—Heaven: with three stalks he hath mounted unto the threefold Heavens.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (variable).
Devata: Nidhi (treasure) and Svarga (protective heavenly estate); also the functional power of Īśvaratā (authority) negated for outsiders.
Chandas: Anuṣṭubh/Triṣṭubh mixture (edition-dependent).
{"primary_rasa":"vira","secondary_rasa":"shanta","emotional_arc":"Assertive protection (deny outsiders) resolving into calm assurance (placed under heaven).","listener_experience":"Confidence and guarded stability; sense of rightful order restored.","intensity":6}
