índrasyá ójaḥ sthéndrasya sáhaḥ sthéndrasya bálam sthéndrasya vīryàṃ sthéndrasya nṛmnám stha | jiṣṇáve yógāya víśvāni mā bhūtā́ny úpa tiṣṭhantu yuktā́ mā ā́paḥ stha
Be ye Indra’s energy; be ye Indra’s mastering force; be ye Indra’s strength; be ye Indra’s hero-might; be ye Indra’s manly eminence. For the Conqueror, for yoking—let all beings stand near me, yoked; and, O Waters, be ye for me.
Rishi: Atharvanic tradition (anukramaṇī-dependent).
Devata: Indra (Jiṣṇu); additionally Viśve Bhūtāni (all beings) and Āpas (Waters) as invoked supports.
