विक्रान्तं प्रकृतिकोपेन घातयेत् ॥ कZ_०५.६.२६ ॥
Transliteration
vikrāntaṃ prakṛti-kopena ghātayet
Translation
ومن تجاوز الحدّ (وصار شديد التسلّط) ينبغي القضاء عليه بإثارة سخط عناصر الدولة المكوِّنة (حتى ينقلبوا هم أنفسهم عليه).
