जनपदमूला दुर्गकोशदण्डसेतुवार्त्तारम्भाः ॥ कZ_०८.१.२९ ॥

Transliteration

janapadamūlā durgakośadaṇḍasetuvārttārambhāḥ

Translation

التحصينات، والخزانة، والقوة القسرية (العقاب/الجيش)، وأعمال الريّ (السدود/القنوات)، والنشاط الاقتصادي، وسائر المشاريع—كلّها متجذّرة في الريف (جانابادا).
