अन्यैरमात्यगुणैरयुक्ता ह्येते ॥ कZ_०१.८.१५ ॥
Transliteration
anyair amātyaguṇair ayuktā hy ete
Translation
لأن هؤلاء (منفّذي المهام) قد يفتقرون بعدُ إلى صفاتٍ أخرى مطلوبةٍ للوزراء.
