Transliteration

ardhaguṇahīnaḥ śāsanaharaḥ

Translation

المبعوث الذي يحمل تعليمات الملك قد تنقصه حتى نصف المؤهلات المثالية (ومع ذلك يُستعمل لحمل الرسالة).
