समहीनविशिष्टानामित्युक्ताः संधिविक्रमाः ॥ कZ_०७.८.३४च्द् ॥
Transliteration
samahīnaviśiṣṭānām ity uktāḥ saṃdhivikramāḥ.
Translation
وهكذا وُصِف الصلح (saṃdhi) والمبادرة/الهجوم (vikrama) بالرجوع إلى من هم متساوون أو أدنى أو أعلى (في المنزلة/القوة).
