स्वभूम्यवस्थितप्रकृतिसंधिमुपघातमपसृतेषु वा सर्वमनुज्ञातः कुर्वीत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२३ ॥
Transliteration
svabhūmy-avasthita-prakṛti-saṃdhiṃ upaghātaṃ apasṛteṣu vā sarvam anujñātaḥ kurvīta
Translation
إذا أُذِن له، فعليه أن يتخذ أي إجراء—إما لتعطيل تحالف العدو ودعائمه الداخلية الموجودة داخل إقليمه، أو (إذا ابتعدوا) لضربهم حيثما كانوا.
