Transliteration
labhamāno 'tisaṃdhatte śāstravit sāmavāyikān
Translation
عندما يكون في موضع مكسب، فإن العارف بعلم السياسة يعقد مواثيق إضافية ويرتّب تحالفات وائتلافات أخرى.
