karma ca vyavahāraṃ ca tato mārgaṇam ācaret

Translation

ثم ينبغي له أن يستقصي عن سلوك الشخص/مهنته ومعاملاته؛ وبعد ذلك يمضي إلى تفتيش/تحقيق رسمي.
