कृतलक्षणद्रव्यक्रयविक्रयाधानेषु योगसुरामत्तान्वा ग्राहयेयुः ॥ कZ_०४.५.१० ॥

Transliteration

kṛtalakṣaṇadravyakrayavikrayādhāneṣu yogasurāmattān vā grāhayeyuḥ

Translation

في شراء وبيع ورهن/إيداع البضائع الموسومة، ينبغي أن يُقبَض على من يُضبطون متواطئين أو على من هم سكارى بالخمر (أي جُعلوا مكشوفين وأُخذوا متلبّسين).
