Transliteration
ṛtu-pratirodhibhiḥ svāmyād apakrāmati
Translation
بعرقلة موسمها/وقتها المناسب (ṛtu) يزول الحقّ المشروع في السُّلطة/الادّعاء الزوجي (svāmya).
