स द्वादशद्वारो युक्तोदकभ्रमच्छन्नपथः ॥ कZ_०२.४.०२ ॥

Transliteration

sa dvādaśadvāro yuktodakabhramacchannapathaḥ

Translation

ينبغي أن يكون لها (المدينة/الحصن) اثنا عشر بابًا، وأن تُزوَّد بدورة مائية محيطة (خندق/منشآت مائية)، وأن تكون لها مسالك مغطاة أو خفية.
