सौवर्णिकेनादृष्टमन्यत्र वा प्रयोगं कारयतो द्वादशपणो दण्डः ॥ कZ_०२.१४.११ ॥

Transliteration

sauvarṇikenādṛṣṭamanyatra vā prayogaṃ kārayato dvādaśapaṇo daṇḍaḥ

Translation

إذا أُجبر الصائغ على إجراء عملية لم تُفحَص/تُعتمَد (من قِبل المشرف) أو على القيام بها في مكان آخر (خارج الموقع)، فُرضت غرامة قدرها اثنا عشر paṇa على من تسبّب في إجرائها.
