तस्मादमात्यसम्पदोपेतः सर्वसमयविदाशुग्रन्थश्चार्वक्षरो लेखनवाचनसमर्थो लेखकः स्यात् ॥ कZ_०२.१०.०३ ॥
Transliteration
tasmād amātyasampadopetaḥ sarvasamayavid āśugranthaś cārvakṣaro lekhanavācanasamartho lekhakaḥ syāt
Translation
لذلك ينبغي لكاتب الملك أن يتحلّى بمؤهلات الوزير، وأن يكون عارفًا بجميع المناسبات (البروتوكول والسياق)، سريعَ الكتابة، واضحَ الحروف حسنَها، ومتمكنًا من الكتابة والقراءة جهرًا معًا.
