prabhāvamantrayoḥ prabhāvaḥ śreyān

Translation

بين القوة الفاعلة/النفوذ المؤثّر (prabhāva) والمشورة/الاستراتيجية (mantra)، تكون القوة الفاعلة أَولى وأفضل.
