प्रत्यासन्ने वामित्रे जनपदाज्जनमवरोधक्षममतिनयेत् ॥ कZ_१२.५.०९ ॥

Transliteration

pratyāsanne vāmitre janapadāj janam avarodhakṣamam atinayet

Translation

عندما يكون جارٌ معادٍ قريبًا، ينبغي أن ينقل الناس من الأرياف إلى مواقع قادرة على تحمّل الحصار/التطويق.
