Having spoken these harsh words to Ravana, Ravana's younger brother (Vibhishana) arrived in a moment at the place where Rama was present along with Lakshmana.
Vibheeshana, having addressed Ravana in harsh language, reached Rama and Lakshmana in a short while.
'Ravananujah' literally means 'Ravana's younger brother,' referring to Vibhishana, who chose the path of Dharma over familial loyalty to the unrighteous Ravana.
Vibhishana spoke harsh words of truth (Satya) condemning Ravana's adharmic actions, marking his final attempt to counsel his brother before abandoning him to join the side of righteousness.
