Having spoken these harsh words to Ravana, Vibhishana, the younger brother of Ravana, arrived in a moment at the place where Rama was staying with Lakshmana.
Vibheeshana, having addressed Ravana in harsh language, reached Rama and Lakshmana in a short while.
Vibhishana spoke harshly because Ravana persistently rejected righteous counsel regarding the return of Sita, forcing Vibhishana to abandon his brother to uphold Dharma.
It signifies the immediate transition from Adharma (Ravana's side) to Dharma (Rama's side), illustrating the principle that one must not delay in seeking the path of righteousness.
