The great and highly discerning Vibhīṣaṇa, looking upon Sugrīva and all the leaders of the Vānara hosts, addressed them in a loud voice.
Great and very wise Vibheeshana, gazing at Sugriva and the Vanaras, addressed them in a loud tone.
Dharma here is responsible counsel and truthful communication: wisdom is not private; it is offered openly to guide collective action toward righteous ends.
After arriving among Rāma’s allies, Vibhīṣaṇa turns to Sugrīva and the Vānara commanders to speak publicly, preparing them for coordinated decisions in the war context.
Prājñatā (discernment) and leadership through clear speech—Vibhīṣaṇa’s capacity to guide others with steadiness and clarity.
