स मुहूर्तमिवध्यात्वाबाष्पपर्याकुलेक्षणः ।बभूवसम्रब्धतरोयुगान्तइवपावकः ।।।।
sa muhūrtam iva dhyātvā bāṣpaparyākulekṣaṇaḥ | babhūva samrabdhataro yugānta iva pāvakaḥ ||
For a brief moment he stood absorbed in thought, his eyes clouded with tears; then he became fiercer—like the fire at the end of an age.
